Baja Designs LP9 Racer Edition LED Light Pod, Baja Amber Racer Spot Single, No Harness

The Baja Designs 330011 LP9 Racer Edition delivers a tighter Racer Spot pattern designed for visibility at greater distances during high-speed off-road driving. Nine forward-projecting LEDs work alongside six Integrated Peripheral Technology (IPT) LEDs for a manufacturer-described 200-degree spread of usable light. This universal Baja Amber-lens pod is sold individually, with stainless-steel mounting hardware and no wiring harness.

Configuration and contents

• One LP9 Racer Edition LED auxiliary light pod
• Baja Amber main lens with Racer Edition Spot pattern
• Nine forward LEDs and six dedicated IPT LEDs
• High-power, low-power and daytime-running backlight modes
• Black powder-coated cast-aluminum housing and bezel
• Hardcoated polycarbonate lens
• Stainless-steel mounting hardware included
• Wiring harness not included
• Manufacturer part number and store SKU: 330011

This is the Racer Edition, not the standard LP9 Pro or LP9 Sport. Amber identifies the main lens; the record does not specify backlight color. High/low mode terminology does not establish road-headlight certification.

Detailed output and electrical specifications

• Primary brightness field: 8,374 lumens per light
• Main listed draw: 132.48W / 9.6A
• Separately listed IPT output: 2,302 lumens
• Separately listed IPT draw: 21W / 1.52A
• Separately listed backlight draw: 2.8W / 0.2A
• DT06-4S Deutsch mating connector
• Built-in overvoltage protection

Manufacturer-data discrepancy: Shared LP9 marketing in this record states 11,025 forward lumens at 105W and 1,140 IPT lumens at 10.5W per side. The part-specific detailed attributes instead list 8,374 primary lumens, 132.48W / 9.6A and 2,302 IPT lumens at 21W / 1.52A. These sets are not treated as interchangeable or combined into a claimed total. Confirm current Racer Edition ratings with Baja Designs when output or electrical sizing is critical. Input-voltage limits and separate low-power ratings are not supplied.

Physical specifications and cooling

• Length: 8 inches
• Height: 8 inches
• Depth: 3.25 inches
• Weight: 6.5 lb
• Manufacturer-listed average rated life: 49,930 hours

Direct Ducted Cooling routes air from the front of the housing to the rear to support heat dispersion. These dimensions describe the light rather than its shipping package. The manufacturer describes uService lens-pattern and color changes; confirm the appropriate lens for the desired configuration.

Manufacturer-listed durability

• IP69K, described as waterproof up to 9 feet and pressure washable
• IK10 mechanical-impact compliance
• Exceeds MIL-STD810G testing, according to the manufacturer

Installation and separate accessories

Confirm mounting clearance, electrical compatibility and suitable wiring before installation. Universal fitment does not establish a vehicle-specific bracket or plug-and-play connection. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions.

Separately listed compatible products include upfitter lock-out harness 640167, controller-module harness 640168, two-light-maximum splitter harness 640172 and backlight add-on harness 640176. None is included.

Optional accessories include rock guards 328001 (black), 328002 (amber) and 328003 (clear); lens kits 668601 (clear Spot), 668603 (clear Driving/Combo), 668611 (amber Spot) and 668613 (amber Driving/Combo); and anti-theft hardware 660302 and 660303. These are separate accessories, not included contents. The accessory list does not establish that a standard Spot replacement lens retains the supplied Racer Spot pattern.
