Baja Designs OnX6+ 30-Inch Straight LED Light Bar, Clear Spot, High/Low, No Harness

The Baja Designs 453001 OnX6+ is a straight 30-inch LED light bar with clear lenses and a Spot beam. Eighteen LEDs and high/low lighting modes provide manufacturer-listed output of 31,910 lumens on high and 25,450 lumens on low. Mounting brackets are included; a wiring harness is not. The manufacturer specifies the separately sold 640119 OnX6+ harness for 30–50-inch bars.

Part-specific specifications

• Complete-bar output: 31,910 lumens on high; 25,450 lumens on low
• Power: 281W on high; 225W on low
• Current draw: 21.7A on high; 17.1A on low

These output and electrical figures describe the complete bar. Shared marketing quotes 39,430 lumens and an up-to-69% improvement over a previous generation. That generic figure does not match this 30-inch bar's detailed high/low ratings, so it is not presented as this bar's output. The record does not specify an operating voltage range.

Construction and durability

• Aircraft-grade aluminum housing with Mil-Spec hard anodize
• Billet-machined aluminum bezel
• Hardcoated polycarbonate lenses
• Stainless-steel mounting hardware; mounting brackets included
• Manufacturer-listed durability: exceeds MIL-STD810G testing
• Manufacturer-listed impact resistance: IK10
• Manufacturer-listed water resistance: IP69K, described as waterproof up to 9 feet and pressure washable

Wiring and separately available accessories

No wiring harness is included. The manufacturer's explicit installation note says the 640119 OnX6+ wiring harness must be used for 30–50-inch bars. Although the shared accessory list also names the 640115 On/Off harness, that does not override the specific 640119 requirement for this 30-inch bar. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions when selecting and installing controls.

A specification field says “Hi-Low Dongle,” but the harness-included field explicitly says No; that description is not a promise of an included complete harness. Upfitter wiring 640094, harness splitters, covers, rock guards, replacement lens kits and anti-theft hardware are listed as compatible accessories or associated products rather than included contents; confirm the complete wiring arrangement for your installation.
