Installation and SAE designation
Baja Designs describes this next-generation model as designed to meet SAE J583 fog-lamp requirements. Install and aim the lights according to the manufacturer instructions and verify applicable requirements for your intended use. No separate DOT certification is asserted here.
The record identifies mounts and wiring but does not specify a connector type or establish a no-drill installation. Review the kit instructions for your Jeep and bumper before fitting.
Service and manufacturer coverage
uService is not a feature of SAE products. Baja Designs states that tampering voids the warranty and that its Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid only when the lights are returned for repairs. Do not open or modify these lights as though they were user-serviceable auxiliary models.
Baja Designs also lists a 30-Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee, subject to the manufacturer's terms.
