Bilstein 53-317322 is a B12 (Special) front spring package for compatible 2014–2026 Ram 2500 gasoline-engine 4WD applications. The springs provide 2 inches of front lift on the listed configurations.

Lift and installation requirements
The springs supply front lift; this is not simply a spring set for an already-lifted truck. Shock absorbers, rear lift components and an adjustable track bar are not listed as included.
Bilstein recommends an adjustable track bar. Match shock absorbers and other suspension components separately to the resulting ride height, and follow the manufacturer's installation instructions.
