Bilstein B8 5100 Dual Steering Stabilizer Kit
Bilstein 53-264817 is a bolt-on auxiliary steering damper kit for compatible solid-axle Ram 4WD trucks. It combines two opposing steering dampers to improve steering isolation and on-center feel.

Opposing dual-damper design
The two dampers mount inline and oppose one another. Bilstein describes this arrangement as improving steering isolation, feedback and on-center feel. Gas-pressurized monotube construction allows the dampers to function in their horizontal installed position while controlling steering movement.
This kit is intended to help reduce steering wheel shake on compatible applications. It is not a substitute for diagnosing worn or damaged steering and suspension components, incorrect alignment, or wheel and tire problems.

This is an auxiliary steering damping system, not a replacement for the vehicle's load-supporting springs or suspension shock absorbers. It does not create front or rear lift.
