Bilstein 5100 Shocks with ReadyLIFT Leveling Components
This package combines four Bilstein B8 5100 shocks with ReadyLIFT 66-3921 leveling spacers and upper control arms for compatible 2019–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss and GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 applications. The front assemblies reuse the vehicle's OEM springs and top hats.
Included components
- Two Bilstein 24-337069 front ride-height-adjustable shocks — Bilstein lists 0–1.1 inches of front lift on compatible Trail Boss/AT4 applications when used in the specified spring-seat configuration with OE springs. This is the shock's standalone application figure, not an approved combined-package lift range.
- Two Bilstein 24-309516 rear shocks — accommodate 0–1 inch of existing rear lift on the listed Trail Boss/AT4 applications. They do not create rear lift.
- One ReadyLIFT 66-3921 leveling kit — includes front leveling spacers and upper control arms. ReadyLIFT advertises 1.75 inches of front leveling for the kit on its specified vehicle setup.
Important combined-setup requirements
The individual manufacturers' lift figures must not simply be added together to promise a 2.95- or 3-inch combined front lift. The component pages establish their individual applications, but do not establish an approved Bilstein spring-seat position or maximum combined lift for this assembled package. Confirm the combined configuration, installed ride height, suspension travel and clearances with the manufacturers before purchase and installation.
The ReadyLIFT spacers and the Bilstein spring-seat position both affect front ride height. Reusing OEM springs and top hats does not, by itself, verify the combined lift or geometry. Rear ride height remains unchanged by the included rear shocks.
Vehicle fitment
For compatible 2019–2026 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss and Sierra 1500 AT4 configurations listed by the component manufacturers. Verify the exact year, trim, drivetrain and suspension equipment against all component applications. ReadyLIFT excludes Sierra AT4X and Silverado ZR2. This package is not a universal fit for other Silverado/Sierra 1500 trims.
Suspension design
The Bilstein shocks use 46mm monotube construction, digressive damping and a zinc-plated finish. The ReadyLIFT kit includes tubular upper control arms with corrected ball-joint cup angles. Tire clearance depends on the vehicle, wheels, tires and verified installed configuration; AT4 and Trail Boss have different front fender openings.
