Bilstein 5100 Front and Rear Shock Kit
This four-shock package combines two Bilstein B8 5100 ride-height-adjustable front shocks, part 24-337052, with two B8 5100 rear shocks, part 24-293471, for select 2019–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 applications.
Included components
- Two 24-337052 front ride-height-adjustable shocks — provide 0–2.5 inches of front lift on many listed applications; certain applications specify 0–1.5 inches. Verify the exact year, trim, engine and drivetrain row before selecting a setting.
- Two 24-293471 rear shocks — accommodate 0–1 inch of existing rear lift; they do not create rear lift.
Fitment and ride height
Bilstein lists applications for 2019–2026 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500, plus the 2022 Silverado 1500 LTD and Sierra 1500 Limited. Compatibility depends on the exact trim, engine and suspension configuration; this is not a universal application for every truck in those model years.
The front 24-337052 application table lists 0–2.5 inches of front lift for many applications and 0–1.5 inches for certain applications, including specified 6.2L High Country, LTZ and SLT configurations. Confirm the exact row for your year, trim, engine and drivetrain before choosing a spring-seat setting.
The Silverado front application notes specify vehicles without the Trail Boss Off Road Package. Do not substitute this kit for the separately listed Trail Boss/AT4 package; verify your exact application in both manufacturer catalogs linked below.
Design and operation
The front B8 5100 shocks use a snap-ring-grooved body to change spring-seat position with OE springs. Ride-height adjustment is distinct from adjustable damping. Bilstein describes a monotube design with a 46mm digressive piston. The rear B8 5100 shocks use a velocity-sensitive digressive piston and application-specific tuning for changing road conditions.
This package is listed as shocks, not complete preassembled coilover assemblies. Review the manufacturer's installation instructions for retained components and required hardware before installation.
