ReadyLIFT High-Clearance Anti-Intrusion Beams
ReadyLIFT 67-21200 replaces the factory offset anti-intrusion beams, commonly called crash bars, with a notched design that provides additional tire turning clearance. It is a clearance accessory for the full-size Ford Bronco, not a suspension lift kit.
Fitment
ReadyLIFT lists this exact part for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco. It is not intended for Bronco Sport. Confirm the vehicle configuration and compatibility with the selected suspension, wheels and tires before installation.
Included components and lift
- 67-21200 forward replacement beams: two beams for the forward positions at the front wheel openings.
- 67-21200 rearward replacement beams: two beams for the rearward positions at the front wheel openings. These are not rear-axle suspension parts.
- Lift height: none. This four-beam replacement kit does not raise the vehicle or include shocks, springs or lift spacers.
Construction and purpose
The beams use heavy-duty laser-cut, robot-welded steel. Their notched profile creates more tire clearance than the factory offset design. ReadyLIFT states that it used finite element analysis to verify the design against the engineering specifications of the factory beams. That manufacturer engineering statement should not be interpreted as a published vehicle crash-test result or a guarantee of identical crash performance.
Anti-intrusion beams have a collision-energy-management function. This product replaces the original beams rather than simply leaving their locations empty. Follow the complete manufacturer instructions and have a qualified installer evaluate the application.
Tire clearance
ReadyLIFT describes potential clearance for true 35-inch or taller tires when combined with an appropriate ReadyLIFT lift kit. The supported size depends on the specific lift, wheel width and offset, tire dimensions and vehicle configuration. These beams alone do not guarantee clearance for any particular tire or eliminate contact at the body mounts, fenders or other components. Consult the selected lift kit's tire recommendations and test-fit throughout steering and suspension travel.
Installation
Installation requires removal of the factory beams and minor disassembly to fit the replacements. ReadyLIFT recommends installation by a certified mechanic and estimates approximately 2.5 hours, plus or minus half an hour, excluding alignment and wheel/tire assembly. Read the complete installation document before starting; this description is not a substitute for its procedures or torque specifications.
