Bilstein 5100 Front and Rear Shock Kit

This four-shock kit combines two Bilstein B8 5100 ride-height-adjustable front shocks, part 24-352925, with two B8 5100 rear shocks, part 33-253190, for select 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD applications without Continuously Controlled Damping (CCD).

Included components

  • Two 24-352925 front ride-height-adjustable shocks 0-2.5"
  • Two 33-253190 rear shocks 0-1"

Vehicle fitment

Bilstein lists the front 24-352925 for select 2021–2026 F-150 4WD applications, with 0–2.5 inches of front lift and the requirement: Without Continuously Controlled Damping. Confirm your exact year, trim and suspension configuration in both manufacturer application tables before ordering. These application tables do not establish universal compatibility with every F-150 variant.

Front adjustment versus rear compatibility

The front shocks use multiple snap-ring grooves to position the spring seat and adjust front ride height with OE springs. Bilstein's application-specific notes list 0–2.5 inches of front lift for 24-352925; the generic product-family description's broader 0–3-inch range is not used as this kit's specification.

The rear 33-253190 application table contains both stock-height-only entries, described as 0 inches of rear lift, and entries permitting 0–1 inch of rear lift. Use the entry for your exact vehicle rather than assuming every application allows an additional inch. The rear shocks accommodate the listed rear suspension height; they do not themselves create rear lift.

Shock design

Bilstein describes the B8 5100 front shocks as using monotube construction with a 46mm digressive piston. The rear part also lists a 46mm piston. The B8 5100 design responds to changing road inputs, with application-specific damping intended to improve control and handling.

The package includes shocks rather than a stated set of complete preassembled coilover assemblies. Review Bilstein's installation documents for spring handling, retained components, mounting hardware and installation requirements.
