ReadyLIFT High Payload SST Lift Kit

ReadyLIFT 69-21210 is designed for select Ford Broncos that regularly carry overlanding equipment, tools, rooftop gear, an oversized spare tire or other heavy accessories. It combines 2 inches of front lift with additional rear rake to help compensate for cargo weight. The rear lift is approximately 2.5 inches when lightly loaded; actual loaded ride height depends on the equipment carried.

Fitment and exclusions

• 2021–2026 Ford Bronco: select non-Sasquatch applications only.
• Does not fit Sasquatch-equipped vehicles, Badlands, Wildtrak or First Edition. The exclusions include Wildtrak with HOSS 3.0 Fox shocks.
• Not tested on Bronco Big Bend with the stock 2-inch suspension lift. Do not assume compatibility with that factory-lifted configuration; ReadyLIFT notes other requirements may be needed.
• This is for the full-size Bronco, not Bronco Sport. Confirm the exact trim and factory suspension before ordering.

Included components and lift

• 69-21210 front top-mount spacer pair: two spacers providing approximately 2 inches of front vehicle lift.
• 69-21210 rear top-mount spacer pair: two spacers providing approximately 2.5 inches of rear vehicle lift when lightly loaded, with added rake intended to compensate for regularly carried cargo.
• Hardware pack: mounting hardware accompanies the spacer kit.

The spacers are CNC-machined aircraft-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Vehicle lift is not the same as physical spacer thickness. This is a spacer system for the compatible factory suspension, not replacement shocks, coil springs or preassembled coilovers. The manufacturer's product page does not specify a numerical cargo-weight allowance; do not interpret the High Payload name as an increase to the vehicle's rated payload, axle ratings or GVWR.

Design and intended use

The top-mount extensions are engineered to maintain appropriate suspension geometry through the range of travel on the intended application. ReadyLIFT describes installation as fully bolt-on, without cutting or modifications to install the spacers. The additional unloaded rear height suits a Bronco that routinely carries gear rather than a buyer expecting an identical unloaded front and rear lift.

Wheel and tire guidance

ReadyLIFT lists 305/70R17 tires on 17x8.5 wheels with +18mm offset as a recommended combination, with its testing reporting no trimming for that setup. It also lists 35x12.50 tires on 9-inch-wide wheels with zero offset as a maximum-with-trimming example. Its notes state that 35x12.50 tires may require trimming and/or front crash-bar removal. This is a clearance caveat, not a recommendation to remove a safety component without evaluating the consequences with a qualified installer.

Tire dimensions vary by brand and tread design. Test-fit the exact tire and wheel combination and check clearance throughout steering and suspension travel. Larger or stiffer tires can change ride quality, handling, noise and fuel economy.

Installation

ReadyLIFT recommends a certified mechanic and estimates approximately 4.5 hours, plus or minus half an hour, excluding alignment and wheel/tire assembly. Read the complete manufacturer installation instructions before beginning. Bolt-on spacer installation does not mean every larger tire fits without clearance work, and it does not establish compatibility with other aftermarket lifts or modified suspension components.
